Exercising supportive leadership is useful because it focuses on helping the pursual or employees under my authority (Chapter 6 Power Point, 2015). As a leader practicing authenticity, I pass on provide the employees with an excellent example of what it means to accept individual responsibilities for my actions. Lastly, I will ensure that I am emotionally detached when it comes to dealing with organizational affairs.Expert power is the most stable since the leaders get the knowledge regarding organizational affairs based on the experts knowledge. It is useful because the leaders do non dwell on rumors and their own assumptions to make decisions regarding organizational affairs.Referent power is the strongest because leaders do non exert their power by making following fearful of them (Chapter 6 Power Point, 2015). Instead, they get followers to respect and admire them. For example, leaders exerting coercive power get feared but not necessarily respected. leaders practicing legitimate power may have the power, but it does not me an that they are admired or respected by followers.As
